馮拯（958年—1023年），字道濟，孟州河陽（今河南孟縣）人。
父馮俊，事從劉贇。宋太宗太平興國二年進士。[1]北宋大臣，宋仁宗天聖年間的第一位首相。景德二年（1005）拜參知政事[2]。以疾歸。大中祥符四年（1011）知河南府[3]。七年，擔任御史中丞，後來因疾病出京知陳州。天禧四年（1020年）拜吏部尚書、同平章事，擔任樞密使。《宋史》卷二八五與陳執中、劉沆、賈昌朝、梁適合傳。諡文懿。
曾孫女嫁宋英宗二子吳榮王趙顥。
