傅明（1983年1月5日—）[1] [2] ，中國國家級足球裁判，隸屬江蘇足協。2013年主吹中超聯賽，之前曾主吹中甲聯賽，2014年成為國際級主裁判。
傅明2005年7月畢業於南京師範大學體育教育（師範）專業，同年8月起在南京航空航天大學金城學院擔任體育教師。2016年，他離開南京，加入首都體育學院體育教育訓練學院。
2019年3月，因在中超的執法過程中多次有爭議的判罰被憤怒的球迷爆出論文抄襲，目前其所供職單位已展開調查。[3]
2019賽季，傅明等5人成為中國足協首批職業足球裁判。[4]
