子宮主韌帶

子宮主韌帶（英語：cardinal ligament, Mackenrodt's ligament^[1] lateral cervical ligament, transverse cervical ligament）是一個子宮的主要韌帶。它位於子宮闊韌帶（英語：broad ligament of the uterus）上；每個女性身體上都有一對主韌帶。

概述

子宮主韌裡帶通過閉孔內肌的閉孔筋膜連結子宮頸與盆側壁，並與周圍的盆腔血管纖維組織外部連接。它的功能包括支撐子宮^[2]。

它在子宮切除術中有重要臨床意義^[3][4]。由於其與輸尿管毗鄰，整個手術可能會損害韌帶連結。
