上海國際集團有限公司（Shanghai International Group，SIG）是中華人民共和國上海市的一家大型國有金融控股集團，成立於2000年4月20日[1]。上海國際集團在中國擁有金融牌照，並從事商業銀行、投資銀行、共同基金、保險、私募股權、信託、資產管理等業務。
2013年7月，中共上海市委決定，沈駿任上海國際集團有限公司董事長、黨委書記。[2]
2021年3月，上海國際集團發布公告，2020年實現利潤總額超過130億元，較2019年翻一番，創下歷史新高。上海國際集團還直接投資中芯國際、商湯科技等項目企業近12億元。[3]
