《VR快打3》（日語：バーチャファイター3，英語：Virtua Fighter 3，中國大陸譯作「VR戰士3」，香港常用英文）是一款由SEGA公司製作和發行的格鬥類遊戲。遊戲首先於1996年在大型電玩發行。遊戲曾計劃移植至SEGA土星，後於1998年在SEGADreamcast發行。[1]
在《VR快打3》中，加入了兩個日本角色。
VR快打3得到眾多正面評價。《電腦與電子遊戲》檢視了1996年11月的大型電玩版本，稱它為「史上最為出色的3D遊戲」。[2]
