愛德華·奧古斯特·馮里格爾（Eduard August von Regel，1815年8月13日—1892年4月15日）為德國園藝學家及植物學家。他曾擔任俄羅斯聖彼得堡植物園園長。[1]他描述與命名了許多來自全世界的未知物種。
