星系形態目錄（MCG，英語：Morphological Catalogue of Galaxies）[1] 是由鮑里斯·沃隆佐夫－維利亞米諾夫和V. P. Arkhipova製作的含有30,642個星系的俄語目錄。這個目錄基於帕洛馬星空調查項目製作的，並預計出版15星等以下星系。如果包含了16星等的星系可能會產生難以處理的數據。該目錄在1962年到1974年期間出版了5個部分（章節）[2] ，最後一章中包含了一些比15星等更暗的星系。[3]
