Google行動服務（GMS）為Android上Google公司的系列應用程式提供支援，例如：
版本及授權
GMS版本跟隨Android版本更新，Android是Google公司為行動裝置開發的免費作業系統。[1][2]
如果行動裝置廠商要在裝置內建谷歌的某種應用，比如Google地圖，那麼需要獲得Google對其裝置的GMS認證。
在沒有獲得谷歌公司認證的Android裝置上，無法執行谷歌地圖等谷歌應用。即使使用者能夠在手機上安裝谷歌應用，執行時也會出現「閃退」或者手機會提示「已停止運行」現象而無法繼續使用。遭到限制的裝置仍然可以通過開機卡刷等方式取得GMS。
