2022年大英國協運動會力量舉重男子輕量級比賽是第22屆大英國協運動會力量舉重比賽的其中一項競賽項目；賽事於2022年8月4日在英格蘭伯明罕舉行[1]。最終，金牌由馬來西亞的波尼·古斯丁以154.60的成績拿下金牌並且在第三舉中以220公斤打破了賽會記錄[2]。銀銅牌分別由英格蘭的Mark Swan和奈及利亞的Nnamdi Innocent奪下[3][4]。
