顏氏大疣蛛（學名：Macrothele yani）是隸屬於大疣蛛科的一種個體大、毒性強的蜘蛛。屬於夜行性動物，白天通常隱蔽在土縫或石縫中，晚上則會爬出洞口，待在漏斗狀網附近捕食落在網上的昆蟲或其他小型動物[1]。主要分布於中國雲南省的西北部和南部地區，2002年首次在高黎貢山被發現[2]。
