韋祖珍（1912年—1982年10月11日），廣西東蘭人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍開國少將。
生平
1929年，參加中國工農紅軍。1931年，加入中國共產主義青年團，1932年，轉入中國共產黨。參加百色起義，曾任紅七軍連指導員，紅一軍團政治部保衛部科長，參加桂嶺整編。1934年，參加長征。後任八路軍一一五師晉西南支隊保衛科長、軍委總政治部保衛部副科長，八路軍南下三支隊二團政委，熱遼縱隊二十七旅政委，熱東軍分區副政委，第四野戰軍四十五軍一三五師政委。
中華人民共和國成立後，任中國人民解放軍軍副政委、兵團政治部主任，空軍軍政委，福州軍區空軍政委，廣州軍區政委兼廣西軍區第二政委。1955年，授予中國人民解放軍少將[1]。1955年，被授予少將軍階。1982年10月11日，在南寧病逝[2]。
