青島飛洋職業技術學院是位於中華人民共和國山東省青島市城陽區的一所民辦專科院校，創建於1996年，由青島飛洋經貿進修學院於2002年經批准升格而來[1]。學院曾大力推廣創業教育[2]以維持招生規模[3]，但並未成功[4][5]，而後陷入生源危機[6]。2014年學院被要求停止招生限期整改，是青島市首家由於資金問題停止招生的民辦院校[7][4]。目前，青島飛洋職業技術學院仍在教育部高等院校名錄中[8]，並正在籌劃與其他企業合作以「青島智能科技大學」的名義復校[9]。
