陽波（1980年5月—），男，漢族，清華大學水利水電建築工程學士,建設專案管理方向博士，史丹佛大學土木與環境工程系訪問學者。中華人民共和國政治人物。曾任北京市房山區區長。現任房山區委書記[1]。
生平
曾任清華大學團委副書記，當時清華大學黨委書記是陳希。
