金會慶（1956年11月—），上海人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十二屆全國人民代表大會安徽地區代表，現任安徽三聯學院校長。
1982年7月畢業於安徽醫科大學衛生系獲學士學位，1986年9月獲安徽醫科大學碩士學位，1993年4月於日本東京大學醫學部獲醫學博士學位[1]。先後獲2002年度國家科技進步一等獎、2005年度國家科技進步二等獎，2012年榮獲「中國科學年度新聞人物」[2]。
擔任第九屆中華全國工商業聯合會副主席。2008年起擔任全國人大代表[3]。2013年，被選為全國人大代表[4]。
