郭崇岳（?年—970年）[1]，南漢將領。本是宮媼梁鸞真養子，宋師南征破韶州時，後主劉鋹聽從梁鸞真的推薦，以郭崇岳為招討使，與大將植廷曉一同率部前往馬逕防禦宋軍。崇岳秉性懦弱，無勇無謀，每天只向鬼神祈禱擊退宋兵。植廷曉向郭崇岳進言不可坐以待斃，爾後自率部隊前往水邊營地，令郭崇岳殿後。宋兵兵臨城下，後主欲向潘美請降時，郭崇岳又力阻不肯。稍後廷曉戰死，崇岳退避柵中，潘美令民夫手持火把，乘夜間風大，縱火燒寨。南漢軍遂大敗，崇岳死於亂軍之中。[2]
