營運 （英文：Ops），又稱營運工程師，是對技術類運營維護人員的統稱。營運人員的職責是根據業務需要規劃資訊、網路、服務，通過網路監視、事件預警、業務排程、排障升級等手段，使服務處於長期穩定可用狀態。

職業分工
在網際網路行業常見的組織架構中，營運與開發，測試都是基本的的技術崗位。從時間環節來講，開發與測試從事的主要是在軟體或服務上線投入使用前的工作，而營運則主要從事上線後的維護工作（營運開發除外）。從營運工作本身又可細分為如下分類：
