超玻璃是新發現的相態，其特點是同時有超流體及凝固無定形體的結構[1]。和一般玻璃相比，超玻璃有「無阻力，不破壞晶序」的超流體性質，主要是因為低溫高密度下的量子作用所造成。超玻璃是由氦-4快速冷卻後所產生，目前已在2006年的路徑積分蒙地卡羅法數值分析中找到相關的證據。
