薛昭鋆（1935年1月—2020年12月18日），女，福建福州人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中華全國總工會原副主席、書記處書記，第九屆全國政協委員。[1]
生平
1935年1月生於上海。1952年畢業於江西省立贛州中學（現贛州市第一中學）。在校期間任學生會主席，贛州市學聯主席。畢業後歷任中國新民主主義青年團江西省贛州市委員會（團市委）幹事，團市委學校工作部副部長、部長，團市委副書記[2]。1958年調至陝西省，歷任西安國營華山機械廠團委宣傳部部長、陝西省工交幹部學校理論研究室幹部。1966年文化大革命初期受到衝擊。1973年5月開始在陝西省總工會工作。1981年6月後，歷任陝西省總工會副主席、主席。1989年12月，任中華全國總工會書記處書記。1993年10月，任中華全國總工會副主席、書記處書記。2003年12月退休。2020年12月18日在西安逝世[3]。
