1988年，維加出生在美國佛羅里達州邁阿密，父親是哥倫比亞人，母親是美國模特。她有6個兄弟姐妹，4歲時，全家搬遷到加利福尼亞州。
個人生活
維加能說流利的西班牙語，喜歡體操運動，是一個基督徒。2010年，她和肖恩·科爾在南達科塔州結婚。[1][2]2012年，兩人離婚。
