美國網路司令部（英語：United States Cyber Command USCYBERCOM）是美國軍方機構，負責開展網路軍事行動及保護軍方電腦系統，屬於美國國防部的一體化作戰司令部[1]。2009年6月23日，由美國國防部長羅伯特·蓋茲成立，2010年5月21日正式運行，國家安全局局長凱斯·亞歷山大中將為首任司令[2] ，總部位於美國馬里蘭州米德堡陸軍基地。[3]2010年10月全面運作。[4][5]
任務
網路司令部的標誌上有一組9ec4c12949a4f31474f299058ce2b22a的密碼，美國科技雜誌《Wired》曾舉辦比賽徵求破解密碼，約3小時密碼就被參賽者破解。網路司令部發言人柯里其後證實，司令部標誌上的密碼是一位女承包商的設計，以MD5編碼方式寫出司令部的任務：[6]
"USCYBERCOM plans, coordinates, integrates, synchronizes and conducts activities to: direct the operations and defense of specified Department of Defense information networks and; prepare to, and when directed, conduct full spectrum military cyberspace operations in order to enable actions in all domains, ensure US/Allied freedom of action in cyberspace and deny the same to our adversaries." [7]
USCYBERCOM 策劃，協調，整合，同步並進行活動：領導國防部資訊網路的行動和防衛；做好準備，並在指示下，執行全面的軍事網路空間行動，以確保合眾國和盟友在網路空間上的活動自由，並阻止敵方的相同行動。
組成
美國網路司令部由四種軍種聯合組成：
- 陸軍網路司令部（Army Forces Cyber Command）
- 海軍網路司令部（Fleet Cyber Command / United States Tenth Fleet）
- 空軍第24航空隊（24th Air Force）
- 海軍陸戰隊網路空間司令部（Marine Corps Cyberspace Command）
