第二十三屆超級盃（Super Bowl XXIII）是美國國家橄欖球聯盟1988賽季的總決賽，由美聯冠軍辛辛那提孟加拉虎隊對陣國聯冠軍舊金山49人隊。比賽於1989年1月22日在邁阿密的喬·羅比體育場舉行。
最終，舊金山49人隊以20-16戰勝辛辛那提孟加拉虎隊，第三次奪得超級盃冠軍。外接手傑瑞·賴斯（Jerry Rice）獲得最有價值球員稱號。
