公民權（葡萄牙語：Cidadania）是巴西的一個政黨。該黨成立於1992年3月19日，當時取名為社會主義人民黨，由巴西的共產黨改組而成[1]。2019年9月19日，改用現名。該黨的意識形態是社會民主主義、第三條道路。該黨的政治立場是中間偏左。該黨的代理主席是David Zaia。該黨的總部位於巴西利亞。該黨曾是聖保羅論壇的成員。
