磷壁酸（Teichoic acid）[1]是革蘭氏陽性菌細胞壁上的一種多糖，主要成分是由核糖醇或甘油殘基經由磷酸二酯鍵相連而成的多聚物。可以分為壁磷壁酸和膜磷壁酸兩種。
