甄寶車（?—?），濟北郡（郡治盧縣，今山東省聊城市茌平區西南五十里）人，隋末民變濟北起義領袖。
隋煬帝大業九年（613年）隋煬帝第二次東征高句麗。在隋末農民起義高潮中，二月，韓進洛在濟北聚眾數萬反隋。五月初六，甄寶車也在濟北郡聚眾萬餘人反隋，攻掠城邑。大業十三年（617年）十月戊戌，武賁郎將高毗在𡽳山擊敗濟北郡甄寶車。
