生平
1966年4月，加入中國共產黨。1991年11月至1995年4月，任中共呼盟委副書記、行署盟長。1993年3月，當選為第八屆全國人民代表大會代表。1995年4月至2005年1月，任內蒙古自治區政協七屆、八屆、九屆秘書長[1]。2005年1月，任自治區政協港澳台僑聯絡和外事委員會主任[2]。
