爨震，南朝梁寧州人，到隋時為爨豪酋。父為爨瓚，在其父死後與爨翫分統其部眾，相承至隋，對隋態度相當傲慢，年貢馬僅數十匹。隋以韋沖為南寧州總管，軍至南寧，震與西爨首領詣府謁降服，旋叛，被隋軍擊敗，懼而入朝，後為隋文帝所殺。
