焦李成（1959年10月18日—），男，陝西白水人，中國人工智慧專家，現任西安電子科技大學智能感知與圖像理解教育部重點實驗室主任，是中國最早研究人工神經網絡的專家之一。他的主要研究領域為非線性信號與圖像處理，自然計算和智能信息處理。[1]
