泉氏（？—？），南朝宋明帝的美人。元徽二年（474年）生皇七子劉友。一說宋明帝無性功能，劉友為私生子或抱養宗室之子。
泉美人早逝或被廢逐，兒子劉友交給修容嬪鄭氏撫養。宋明帝另有一妃子泉氏封為美人，生（一說養）始建王劉禧，但兩女似無親屬關係。
