沈平（1919年9月—1988年3月20日），原名葛文祥、葛一蕉，浙江省台州市天台縣歡岙大余村人，中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。
在擔任駐英國代辦期間發生火燒英國駐北京代辦事件。
1970年11月中華人民共和國與義大利共和國建交，中國於1971年起開始派遣駐義大利特命全權大使。沈平擔任首位大使。1981年，接替張偉烈，擔任中華人民共和國駐泰國大使[1]。1985年，由張德維接任。
