湯姆·彭德格斯特（英語：Thomas Joseph Pendergast，1873年7月22日—1945年1月26日），美國政治人物，1925至1939年擔任密蘇里州傑克遜縣和堪薩斯城政治集團的首腦。彭德格斯特對杜魯門日後的總統生涯起到了重要作用，因此被杜魯門總統成為「堪薩斯城的老朋友」。
