生平
1958年，先後在第一機械工業部、國家機械委、國家經委工作。1978年12月，加入中國共產黨。1982年，任國務院電子計算機與大規模集成電路領導小組辦公室綜合組組長。1984年，任國務院電子振興領導小組辦公室副主任。1988年，任國家體改委國外經濟體制司（外事司）司長。1989年，擔任首任中華人民共和國國有資產管理局局長、財政部黨組成員。1994年，任國家開發銀行總工程師。
2017年12月1日在北京逝世，享年82歲[2]。
