樹膠（英語：gum）是植物（主要是木本植物）分泌的黏性物質，主要成分是多糖和多糖衍生物，一般能溶於水。[1]桃膠、阿拉伯膠是典型的樹膠。若植物的分泌物為樹膠和樹脂的混合物，則稱為膠樹脂（英語：gum resin）；若為精油、樹膠和樹脂的混合物，則稱為油膠樹脂（英語：oleo-gum-resin）。
