楊誠（1964年12月—），湖南邵陽人，中國人民解放軍中將。
楊誠長期在原蘭州軍區服役，曾擔任阿里軍分區政委。2014年3月，任蘭州軍區聯勤部副政委。2015年3月，調任陸軍第21集團軍副政委。2017年3月，升任新調整組建的陸軍第73集團軍政委[1][2]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[3]。2020年7月，升任武警部隊副政委[4]。2020年12月，改任新疆軍區政治委員[5]。2021年6月任中共新疆黨委常委[6]。
2015年7月，晉升少將軍階[7]。2020年7月，晉升武警中將警銜。
