楊勝利（1941年1月5日—），男，江蘇太倉人，中國生物技術專家，博士生導師，中國工程院院士。主要研究領域是基因工程在酶、發酵和製藥工業中的應用研究和開發，代謝工程。
生平
1962年畢業於華東化工學院有機化工系。1962年到中國科學院上海藥物研究所工作。1980年至1982年到加州大學進行博士後研究。1988年獲中科院科技進步一等獎。1992年至1996年任中國科學院上海生物工程研究中心主任、書記，研究員。1997年當選中國工程院醫藥衛生學部院士。[1]
2000年獲聘任大連化學物理研究所研究員、博導、生物技術部主任。擔任上海交通大學、中國科學技術大學、華東理工大學兼職教授。 [1]2014年11月，入職鄭大一附院，成為河南省醫學界引進的首位全職院士。[2]
