曹貴嬪（6世紀？—562年），中國南北朝時期西梁皇族女性，為梁宣帝蕭察的貴嬪，梁明帝蕭巋的母親。
蕭察是西魏在江陵立的傀儡皇帝，他死後，梁明帝蕭巋嗣位，尊其祖母龔太后為太皇太后，嫡母王皇后為皇太后，曹貴嬪為皇太妃。當年五月，太皇太后去世，諡號元太后。九月，曹太妃去世，諡號孝皇太妃。
