曹谷冰（1895年—1977年），上海川沙縣人。中國新聞家。
1923年曾赴德國柏林大學主修政治經濟學。1927年，進入天津大公報任編輯。1937年9月，任漢口大公報經理，1938年12月，任重慶大公報經理。抗戰勝利後，他擔任大公報總管理處副總經理，代總經理[1]。1949年後，擔任上海大公報總經理；1953年，任北京大公報經理，著有《蘇俄視察記》[2]。
