智飛生物（英語：Chongqing Zhifei Biological Products Co., Ltd., 深交所：300122）全稱是重慶智飛生物製品股份有限公司，是一家中國生物技術公司。
歷史
前身是1995年成立的金鑫生物，2002年瀕臨破產但擁有疫苗牌照，蔣仁生接手後重新整合建立改名為現在名字，總部位於重慶市江北區金源路7號。2009年進行股份制改革，2010年9月在深圳證券交易所掛牌上市。2011年4月與默沙東簽約經銷與推廣合作協議，此後一直幫助後者的疫苗產品在中國大陸區域的銷售。[1]
該公司全資子公司安徽智飛龍科馬生物製藥與中國科學院微生物研究所共同研發了2019冠狀病毒病疫苗ZF2001，是全球首款獲批臨床使用的重組亞單位蛋白COVID-19疫苗[2]。
