抗高血壓藥（antihypertensive）簡稱降壓藥，是能使高的血壓下降至正常的藥物。

作用機理
- 中樞性抗高血壓藥
- 腎上腺素受體阻滯藥（β受體阻滯藥、α受體阻滯藥、α和β受體阻滯藥）：降低周邊血管阻力、抑制心臟功能、增加容量血管中的靜脈血鬱積（後兩者會降低心輸出）
- 影響交感神經遞質的藥物
- 神經節阻滯藥
- 鈣拮抗劑
- 周圍血管擴張藥：使血管平滑肌放鬆，因此降低血管阻力與增加容量
- 血管緊張素轉換酶抑制劑
- 血管緊張素Ⅱ受體阻滯藥
- 鉀離子通道開放劑
- 利尿藥
- 利尿劑：透過排除體內鈉離子與降低血液體積或其他機制來降低血壓
