生平
1984年12月加入中國共產黨。1999年，擔任鐵嶺市政協副秘書長、辦公室主任。2000年4月，擔任開原市委常委、常務副市長。2003年10月，任鐵嶺市委副秘書長、辦公室主任。2007年，任鐵嶺市委秘書長、辦公室主任。2011年4月，任中共鐵嶺市委常委、常務副市長[1]。2015年4月，任葫蘆島市委副書記，市人民政府副市長、代市長、黨組書記。6月，任中共葫蘆島市委副書記，市長[2]。2016年9月24日，被免去葫蘆島市委副書記、市委委員和葫蘆島市市長職務[3][4]。
