生平
畢業於中國人民解放軍國防大學聯合戰役指揮專業，研究生學歷。是中國共產黨黨員。擔任瀋陽軍區陸軍第十六集團軍裝甲四師師長。2010年任瀋陽軍區陸軍第四十集團軍參謀長。2013年1月，接替彭勃任瀋陽軍區第四十集團軍軍長。2008年起擔任第十一屆全國人民代表大會解放軍代表[1][2][3]。2017年，任中國人民解放軍東部戰區陸軍副司令員[1]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[4]。
2010年12月晉升少將軍階[1]。
