張作義（1962年11月—），男，漢族，福建廈門人，中國核能與新能源技術專家。中華人民共和國教育部首批長江學者特聘教授。中國共產黨黨員。
生平
1984年畢業於清華大學熱能工程系，同年進入清華大學核能技術設計研究院。1989年獲工學博士學位，同年進入清華大學工作；1992年開始在德國於利希研究中心從事博士後研究工作。1994 年10月起進入清華大學核能技術設計研究院工作，2001年起擔任該院院長。[1]
