《新西班牙事物通史》（西班牙語：Historia general de las Cosas de Nueva España）是16世紀西班牙方濟各會修士貝爾納迪諾·德薩阿貢（Bernardino de Sahagún）所作的民族志文獻，使用西班牙語和納瓦特爾語雙語寫成，描述美洲古文明阿茲特克的風土人情。原題為《新西班牙事物普遍史》（La Historia Universal de las Cosas de Nueva España），因翻譯問題而未獲準確流傳[1]。其中保存最完整的手稿即「佛羅倫斯手抄本」（Códice Florentino），現藏於義大利佛羅倫斯的老楞佐圖書館，因而得名。參與編撰的除德薩阿貢本人之外，還有他在特拉特洛爾科聖克魯斯學院（Colegio de Santa Cruz de Tlatelolco）的納瓦族學生。
德薩阿貢於1545年開始編撰工作，直至1590年，亦即他去世之年才宣告完成。全本達2,400頁，分為十二卷，內含2,000多張納瓦式繪畫，完整全面地記錄了阿茲特克文明的文化、宗教、社會、經濟和歷史樣貌。它也被譽為「有史以來最傑出的非西方文化紀錄之一」[2] 。
美國人查爾斯·迪布爾（Charles E. Dibble）和亞瑟·安德森（Arthur J. O. Anderson）率先將抄本翻譯為英文，前後歷時三十年。2012年手抄本全卷內容的數字掃描版已上傳至世界數字圖書館[3]。
