巴西蘭島（Basilan Island），是蘇祿群島最北一島嶼，東北與棉蘭老島隔巴西蘭海峽相望，面積1248平方公里。該島屬棉蘭老穆斯林自治區巴西蘭省管轄，巴西蘭省首府伊莎貝拉市即位於該島。
