孫羌字聖臺，亦作聖台，孫堅、孫靜之胞兄。與其妻皆早亡，有子孫賁、孫輔。
東漢年間，羌族人滇那等統率五六千人馬攻打武威、張掖、酒泉，延熹六年（公元163年）秋七月，隴西太守孫羌討滇那羌，破之，斬首溺死三千餘人。此孫羌與上述是否一人，待考。
