生平
1991年7月畢業於安徽師範大學中文系。2012年3月，獲中國科學技術大學公共管理碩士學位。
歷任安徽醫科大學黨辦、校辦秘書，《決策》雜誌副總編輯、總編輯，安徽省人民政府發展研究中心國際經濟研究處處長、綜合經濟研究處處長、辦公室主任，安徽省政府發展研究中心副主任等職。2017年3月，任安徽省政府發展研究中心黨組書記、主任[1]。
2019年5月，任安徽省政府副秘書長、辦公廳黨組成員，後任安徽省政府副秘書長、辦公廳主任。2023年1月，任十三屆安徽省政協提案委員會副主任[2]。2024年4月，任安徽省商務廳黨組書記。[3][4]
