多倫路215號住宅是中國上海的一座歷史建築，位於虹口區多倫路215號。
該建築是一座混合多種建築風格的花園住宅，由廣東商人李觀森建於1924年。南京維新政府行政院長梁鴻志曾在此居住。現為上海紡織工業局老幹部活動室。1999年，該建築被上海市政府列為第三批上海市優秀歷史建築，編號F-Ⅲ-10[1]。
2006年，虹口區曾在多倫路215號二樓建立了186平方米的中共四大史料陳列館。後來另在四川北路綠地公園內的四川北路1468號，新建建築面積達3180平方米的中共四大紀念館。
