圖阿·碧爾伊塔·福斯特倫（瑞典語：Tua Birgitta Forsström；1947年4月2日—），芬蘭瑞典族作家[1]。她以詩人的身份著稱，但她也為滑稽劇、廣播劇、室內劇、卡巴萊、清唱劇及康塔塔等寫作過劇本。
福斯特倫在1966年高中畢業，並在1972年從赫爾辛基大學取得人文科學學士學位。在1973至1991年間她也在一家出版公司擔任編輯。她在1999至2004年間擔任藝術教授[2]。
福斯特倫的作品曾多次獲獎，包括北歐理事會文學獎、Pro Finlandia獎章、瑞典學院芬蘭獎等。2019年2月福斯特倫作為首位芬蘭公民當選為瑞典學院院士，她的席位為第18席[3]。
