唐華俊（1960年10月—），四川閬中人。男，漢族。1983年8月參加工作，1988年8月加入中國共產黨。西南農業大學農業經濟系畢業，比利時根特大學土地資源理學博士學位。2015年12月，當選中國工程院農業學部院士[1][2]。
1982年畢業於西南農業大學農業經濟系。1991年，獲比利時根特大學土地資源理學博士學位。1993年，回國在中國農業科學院工作[3]。
2016年12月，任中華人民共和國農業部黨組成員、中國農業科學院院長[4]。2017年10月，中國共產黨第十九次全國代表大會上當選中國共產黨第十九屆中央委員會候補委員[5]。
