呂克白（1917年—1999年10月20日），曾用名呂士傑，河北省寧晉縣人，中國政治人物。
早年參加革命，擔任中央財政經濟部科員，陝甘寧邊區財政廳秘書主任，中共中央黨務研究室研究員，中央財政經濟部研究員等職。1949年7月，任中財委計劃局處長。1965年，任國家建委副主任[1]。1981年後，任國家建委和國家計委副主任[2]，1999年10月20日，在北京逝世，享年82歲。
