加拉希爾斯（英語：Galashiels/ˌɡæləˈʃiːəlz/；低地蘇格蘭語：Gallae；蘇格蘭蓋爾語：An Geal Àth），有時亦省稱作加拉（Gala），是英國蘇格蘭蘇格蘭邊區的一個城鎮，位於加拉河畔。總人口約2.3萬。
